Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality and/or workmanship of your new product, just return the UNOPENED/UNUSED item within 30 days from the date you received the item and we will gladly refund the purchase price, excluding shipping charges and a restocking fee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply follow the directions below.

Should you receive the wrong product, a damaged product or receive an incomplete shipment, we will make every attempt to correct the problem. Once your product(s) have been returned to us, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement depending on the situation. In this case, ProflexSports will pay for any additional shipping charges. We work very hard to make sure this almost never happens. However, damage that occurs during delivery is the responsibilty of the shipper. If your item was shipped by Fedex it is guaranteed up to $100. If your order is shipped by USPS or the cost of the items is more than $100, additional insurance charges will be added to your order to cover for lost or damaged items. Weightlifting apparel, belts, gloves, and accessories can be opened for proper fit but they must not be used and should be returned in their original packaging.

Returning an unopened/unused product: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will have to pay for return shipping. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days. All products must be returned in “sellable” condition in order to receive credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the total cost of the order. Any returned item that was sent using free shipping, will require a mandatory fee of $6.95 which will be taken off the refund total.

For international orders, we will not accept returns on products which are restricted, prohibited, or illegal in your country. Please check with custom officials in your country before ordering any products that may not be allowed. REFUNDS will be given if items are returned in a sellable condition (unopened, unused, and/or undamaged). The amount of refund will be your total cost less forward and return shipping charges plus a restocking fee of 25% of the total order. No refunds will be given if items are destroyed by customs.

Nutritional Product Returns

Proflexsports will accept returns on UNOPENED products for up to 30 days after you have received them for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including the original shipping fee). We WILL NOT accept any returns on already opened items. Since every individual has a different perception of of taste, opened products will not be | accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste, dissatisfaction with product results, etc. No returns are accepted on clearance, closeout, discontinued, or expired merchandise. Please read "Best By" dates clearly before ordering. All of our bars are now also available for purchase as single bars. When trying new bars or flavors of bars, please purchase a single bar first to make sure you like the taste instead of a whole box. Dissatisfaction with opened containers must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. Once we receive your items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will have to pay for return shipping. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.

We cannot accept returns on any heat-damaged products (such as melted bars). It will be your responsibility to be available to receive your package(s), or to leave special instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbors house, or not to deliver if no one is home. Alternatively, you may have your order delivered to your workplace. Having said this, if you live in an area where temperatures reach 90 degrees on a regular basis, there is still a possibility bars will melt while they are inside a Fedex or USPS truck being delivered to you. Please keep this in mind before ordering. If you have any doubt, do not purchase nutrition bars or any heat-damaged products during hot summer months.

We cannot accept returns on any Muscletech, VPX Sports, or Pharmagenx products. Muscletech products must be returned to Muscletech directly. Please call Muscletech toll-free at (877)443-4074 or 1-800-246-3261 for return instructions.

All sales final on ephedra based products. No Returns.

No shipment of ephedra products to California.

Return Procedure

Before returning a product, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by sending an e-mail to returns@proflexsports.com and provide the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Your name
  3. The product(s) being returned
  4. Reason(s) for return
  5. Daytime phone number
  6. Your e-mail address

We will immediately issue you an RMA number. You must write this RMA number on your invoice and include it in your return package. All shipments returned without a valid RMA number will be refused. Returned product must be in original packing material and be delivered to our offices within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. Upon receipt and inspection, ProflexSports will issue the original purchaser a refund for the full purchase price, excluding shipping charges and restocking fee, within 10 days of our receipt of goods. A 15% restocking fee for domestic orders or a 25% restocking fee for international orders will be applied to the total cost of the order. ALL returns must be properly insured to receive a refund. If we never receive your return, we cannot issue you a refund.

Insurance/Claims

Fedex Ground and Express shipments will be covered up to $100 of the package amount ONLY. United States Postal Shipping methods are not covered unless additional insurance coverage is chosen. Please select the shipping method along with the appropriate insurance coverage. Credits for insurance coverage will be given after the insurance company (United Parcel Insurance Corporation) has APPROVED your claim. If a claim has been denied we will not be able to issue a credit. Reversing credit cardcharges before a claim has been processed or if it has been denied is NOT acceptable. We will look upon this action as theft and proceed by any means necessary to recover the funds in question. Please see chargebacks for more information. Military Addresses (APO/FPO) - Your package is ONLY insured to your military post office address in the United States. ProflexSports is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail. In the unlikely event a package is lost and an insurance claim needs to be filed, you must wait 21 days domestic and 45 days for international and APO/FPO shipments. In the event of an insurance claim, no refunds or reshipments will be made until the insurance claim is settled. Claims can take up to 5 weeks to process.

Chargebacks

A chargeback refers to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed on www.proflexsports.com. If a mistake has been made or a credit is due on your card, please contact us and we will gladly issue the credit. Unnecessary chargeback's are deemed as theft and can be prosecuted. If you chargeback a credit/debit card charge for a payment, you agree that ProflexSports may recover the amount of the chargeback in addition to the $25 chargeback fee by any means necessary, including but not limited to recharging your credit/debit card, reporting you to a collection agency, or by legal means. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on www.proflexsports.com, please contact us for a resolution.
