Shipping PolicyMost orders received before NOON CST will ship the same day. Generally orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (1-2 days) after the order has been placed. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will ship next business day. Please note that ProflexSports chooses the shipping method for Flat-rate Shipping. If you prefer a particular shipping option, you may choose from a variety of shipping methods at the regular shipping rates. We reserve the right to refuse any order, ship only to the customer's billing address, or require a signature for delivery. First time customers and high ticket orders may require a signature for release. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may be delayed due to our verification process. Please take note of these restrictions before making a purchase. A tracking email is sent automatically with every package that is shipped (check junk/spam mail folders!). We will apply a 15% restocking fee for all unclaimed packages that are returned to us. No exceptions. To find out how much it will cost to ship your item, select the Shipping Calculator in the Basket Contents module located on the right hand column of our website once you have added the item(s) to your shopping cart. The shipping calculator will display the available shipping methods and rates for the items in your shopping cart. We ship every weekday, except Saturday, Sunday and national holidays. You will receive an email notifying you when your order was shipped.
*Flat rate shipping not valid with any other discounts or coupons. Domestic OrdersWe ship within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. All domestic orders are shipped using US Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx delivery. USPS shipping rates are calculated by weight. USPS packages are picked up and delivered every day except Sunday. You will be emailed a FedEx Ground tracking number when your order ships. FedEx Ground Home Delivery packages are picked up Monday through Friday and delivered Tuesday through Saturday. You can track your order by using your tracking number at www.fedex.com. Packages can take up to 24 hours to go into the FedEx tracking system from the time they are picked up. If you choose the wrong shipping method you must pay the additional fees before your order is sent out. We do NOT request or require a signature for deliveries. We also cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area, the driver may choose to leave the package at your door or another safe area without a signature. Any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label is also at the discretion of the delivery driver. If your package was delivered, and the shipping company confirms delivery - we WILL NOT accept any claims for refunds. If someone is not available to sign for the package, feel free to ship it to your work or an alternate address. Items that are returned because of a failed delivery attempt will be charged a $10 penalty in addition to the shipping charges. Items that are shipped to the wrong address (when it is the customer's fault) will also be charged a $10 penalty. Please remember that weekends are not included in estimated shipping times. We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO and other military addresses. Use the US Postal Service Priority Mail as your shipping option. Please be advised that the transit times are only estimates given to us by the carrier. Delays can occur due to bad weather or other factors. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by the shipping company. ProflexSports is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. International OrdersWe can ship outside of the U.S. if an international shipping option is selected. Please use Basket Contents (located at the bottom, left hand column) or the checkout procedure to determine your shipping charges. All international orders are shipped using standard USPS (Global Mail) and FedEx International delivery ONLY. Please DO NOT choose Flat-rate Shipping as your shipping method for international orders. If you choose the wrong shipping method you must pay the additional fees before your order is sent out. International orders can be delayed if it takes time to process your order or if an item is out of stock. We DO NOT ship partial orders under any circumstances. This applies to all shipping methods. Delivery times should be determined based on the date the package is actually shipped not when the order was placed. In addition, please identify any import restrictions that you may have in your respective countries before ordering. Certain countries may require you to obtain an import license on items such as nutritional supplements. Please be aware that certain products may be prohibited or illegal in your country. We suggest that you check with customs before ordering any product that may not be allowed. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that an order is processed through customs. It is your responsibility to comply with current government regulations or laws applicable in your country. Shipments may be subject to inspection and possibly delayed by customs officials or representatives of other government agencies. We cannot issue any refunds on packages held or destroyed by customs officials outside of the United States. Packages that are insured will be reimbursed in case they are lost or damaged during transit. ProflexSports is not responsible for any additional custom duties, brokerage fees or taxes that may be applied when a package arrives at the destination country. Restricted CountriesWe no longer ship to the following countries because they are not insured under our insurance policy: Please be advised that the transit times are only estimates given to us by the carrier.
