Each product is designed to help in a particular area. Use the Hot Body to drop
overall body fat quickly. Yohimburn is applied to targeted areas on the body to
remove the "stubborn" fat. Finally, to drop the subdermal water weight that is
hiding those abs and muscles use SAN's Shredded.
Suggested Use Guide:
Weeks 1-4
Take 1-2 caps of Hot Body 30 minutes before morning meals. 1-2 caps 30 mins before afternoon meals.
You can take Hot Body before workouts as well.
Weeks 5-8
Apply Yohimburn ES to those "brown fat" areas on your abs, buttocks or thighs.
2-3 sprays on those stubborn areas 30 minutes before your workout.
Weeks 9-10
Take 7 capsules of SAN Shredded for 10 days. Drink atleast 1 gallon of water every day.
